• Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

2. Refund Process

• Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving your return.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used bottles.
• Gift cards or promotional items.
• Shipping fees (unless the error was ours).

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
